Building permission

Already have a plot or a house in Bulgaria and you need to build your house. So you need of building permission. You can sit at home, dream for your house till one of our staff will do this instead of you. We charge the service 650EUR. The process take 4 to 6 weeks. In this time you can meet with our architect and take free architect advice.

Architect

You have the property, you want too renovate or build new one, so you need from an architect.

My Property Dreams will recommend you best architect and you will receive archiect advise free. After you receive building permission the architect can start with the plans. His fee depends from the area of the property that you want to build.
