The house is about 25km from Bourgas. The house is build on two floors. There is inside and outside bathrooms with WC. As an extra is a big veranda with a fireplace. Running water, electricity are now connected. The garden is big in size – 1000sq.m with a lot of fruit trees and has plenty of potential. The house is in good condition. Living area is 60sq.m.. The village is nice, the road till Bourgas is very good, so for less than 20min drive you are on the airport!
